Margaritas Winter Park Style

Shake things up at home with Winter Park margaritas two ways! Bring a slopeside margarita to your own backyard with Doc’s Summer Rita Splash, or spice things up with a Jalapeno Pineapple Margarita from the mixed-drink-masterminds at Pepe Osaka’s Fishtaco. Doc’s Summer Rita Splash

Makes a 48 oz. pitcher

  • 12 ounces fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1.5 cups fine sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
  • 24 ounces lighter beer of your choice
  • 1 1/2 cups tequila
  • 1 lime, sliced

Mix lime juice, sugar, and tequila until all sugar is dissolved. Pour beer into pitcher and lightly stir.

In a salt rimmed glass packed with ice, fill with deliciousness, garnish with lime slice.

Pepe Osaka Fishtaco’s Jalapeno Pineapple Margarita

  • 1.5 ounces pineapple infused tequila
  • 1.5 ounces of jalapeno infused tequila
  • 1 ounce of triple sec
  • 1 ounce of sour mix

Pour all ingredients over a glass full of ice. Cover and shake ingredients well.

Add salt to the rim of your margarita glass, pour into glass, garnish with a lime, and enjoy!
