Doc’s Summer Rita Splash
Makes a 48 oz. pitcher
- 12 ounces fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1.5 cups fine sugar
- 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
- 24 ounces lighter beer of your choice
- 1 1/2 cups tequila
- 1 lime, sliced
Mix lime juice, sugar, and tequila until all sugar is dissolved. Pour beer into pitcher and lightly stir.
In a salt rimmed glass packed with ice, fill with deliciousness, garnish with lime slice.
Pepe Osaka Fishtaco’s Jalapeno Pineapple Margarita
- 1.5 ounces pineapple infused tequila
- 1.5 ounces of jalapeno infused tequila
- 1 ounce of triple sec
- 1 ounce of sour mix
Pour all ingredients over a glass full of ice. Cover and shake ingredients well.
Add salt to the rim of your margarita glass, pour into glass, garnish with a lime, and enjoy!
