Early Ups

If you wake up early, stand out in the cold, and nibble on a granola bar just to grab first chair, Early Ups has your name on it. Designed for the skiers and riders who just can’t get enough, this pass add-on gets you on the mountain 30 minutes before everyone else. That’s a lot of crisp corduroy and fresh tracks all for you. Stop by Balcony House or go online to reserve your Early Ups. (You might want to hustle, because there are a limited number of add-ons going out this season!)

Ski & Ride Guides

Ski & Ride Guides are like on-mountain encyclopedias brimming with information and insider knowledge on all things Winter Park. Just tell your guide what you’re looking for, and presto! You’ll be led to powder stashes, great views, new terrain, or whatever you’re feeling. Plus, you get to hop directly on the lift to make the most of your guided exploration.

60-Minute Pro Tips

Sure, you got your gear tuned up before the season, but how long has it been since you’ve had a form refresher? With 60-Minute Pro Tips, you start your day at 8am on the mountain with an expert instructor who can help you brush up your technique. You’ll take laps for an hour, skip the lines, and learn a few things along the way.

First Track Days

Holidays are fun and all, but we’d argue that First Track Days are even better. The first Sunday of each month, Winter Park and Ikon Pass Holders get access to the Gondola and Super Gauge at 8am. That’s 30 extra minutes of runs, fun, and high-fives.

Uphill

How about a mix of trying something new and hitting the slopes early? (And by early, we mean you can start at 4am). Uphilling isn’t just a great cardio workout. It’s also an opportunity to get right on the mountain and see your favorite runs from a different angle. Just purchase an arm band for $25, strap on a headlamp, and go earn those turns!

  • An Extra Perk: All arm band purchases go toward supporting local organizations like Grand County Search and Rescue, Colorado Avalanche Rapid Deployment Dogs, and Friends of Berthoud Pass.
