Just down the street from Winter Park Resort sits an Aerial Adventure Park that let’s you climb up to 25-feet. Climbers get hooked into a state-of-the-art belay system that allows you to freely explore and play on 24 separate obstacles all set against a stunning mountain backdrop. Go for a float down the Upper Colorado River.

4) Hiking

Another must-do activity is strolling through nature and reconnecting with the land. During the early spring/summer season in the mountains, a lot of the high alpine hikes are difficult to access due to snow, so stick to trails at a lower elevation to better ensure the snow is melted. We recommend checking out Fraser River Trail, Chainsaw and Flume Trail, and Jim Creek Trail for some beautiful early season hikes. In addition, check out these Hidden Gems in the area while you’re at it!
